Are you passionate about making a difference in your community? Do you want to develop your leadership skills and collaborate with like-minded changemakers? Applications for the 2026 cohort are open!

APPLICATION PROCESS

Once applications officially open, you will need to:
✅ Prepare a CV
✅ Record a 1.5-minute video of yourself (instructions will be provided)
✅ Complete the full application form

WHAT TO EXPECT

📌 Shortlisting: After applications close, our recruitment team will carefully review all submissions and select candidates for the next stage.

📌 In Person Day in Vienna: Shortlisted candidates will be invited to an assessment day, which includes individual interviews, a group exercise, and a short presentation task (instructions will be provided in advance).

📌 Selection & Onboarding: Successful candidates will begin a 3-month trial phase, working on a team project under the mentorship of an experienced hub member. Those who complete this phase successfully will become full members of the hub.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

To apply, you should:
✔ Be between 18-27 years old
✔ Live in or near Vienna
✔ Be committed to improving your community
✔ Have an interest in developing leadership skills
✔ Work well in teams and embrace collaboration
✔ Align with the Global Shapers Community Charter values
✔ Attend monthly hub meetings
✔ Participate in an annual 2-3 day hub retreat
✔ Take on an active role within the hub
